Funding
Federal grant funds provide the foundation for NCI clinical oncology trials access in our community. CRO has recently been awarded $4,239,818 requested in the 5-year NCI grant application submitted in July 2008. This 5-year grant award provides funding beginning June 1, 2009 and runs through May 31, 2014.
NCI grant funds provide approximately 80% of CRO funding while CRO's sponsors, CoxHealth and St. John's Health System provide the remaining 20%.
